Excellent Shower Renovation
Kudos to Palmetto Bath for the efficient & excellent renovation in removing my tub & replacing with a customized shower installation. I am more than thrilled with the job Jeff did. He arrived right on time, worked efficiently and with the utmost care in keeping the work area clean. He was courteous and responsive to any questions I had & finished the installation sooner than expected. I would not hesitate to give Palmetto Bath 10+ stars for their product and workmanship.

Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and ensured everything was done in a professional way. We are glad we chose Palmetto Bath for this project.
Excellent work
Jeff was extremely efficient and able tech. He was on time and finished, I think, sooner than expected. Without any assistance, he was able to do an excellent job, including carrying the tub up to the second floor. The bathroom is rather cramped but he managed to finish the job quickly with no disruption of our day to day routine. I want to thank him for his hard and excellent work.

Mike assured us that the builder would be excellent. I told him our needs, and he helped me fulfill them. We had a tub to shower conversion, with emphasis on safety. Our builder was Chris, and he lived up to his reputation! That was the hardest working man I ever did see. He got the work of two men done, from start to finish, staying focused with patience and understanding, and it turned out beautifully, He made sure I was happy with everything, and we worked together to figure out the best positions for the rails. Although we had such a great experience between Mike as our consultant and Chris as our builder, I believe that Everybody at this business are of the highest value. I've spoken Many times with Katie, who is an absolute joy. We had some unusual circumstances, so she got Jeff involved, and they made sure that everything came together just right. They all have impeccable work ethics. Thank you, guys, for everything!

This spring we attended a Home and Garden Show, where there were multiple tup replacement companies. Carole, representing Palmetto Bath, shared with us that she started working with the company, after they installed her shower! Miss Janice, Design Consultant, came to our home, she did not even mind the barking dogs. She thoroughly explained Palmetto Bath's approach to customer service, quality of products, guarantee of work. She presented the materials and options in a great way, that made designing very easy. We were very impressed with Palmetto Bath. Today, Justin, Installer, arrived at our home, before 9 am. He set himself up, explained to us what he was going to do today and did not stop once. He asked how we wanted niche and grab bar installed. He was exceptional! Justin left just before 4 pm with ALL the mess!! We will tell everyone thinking about tub conversion to shower about Palmetto Bath! The entire experience was pain free!
Professional, punctual, and patient!
I highly recommend consulting first with Mike and then insisting on Chris as your bath builder. There's no way to completely put into words the incredible service we received, but I will try. First, Mike. I truly recommend that you write down questions and tell him your situation so that he can narrow down exactly what you need. I did this, and Mike was able to steer me in a surprising way, much better than what I had first envisioned. I was completely out of my element, but both Mike and Chris were able to empower me to make decisions that I never thought I could. Next, Chris. Mike maintained that I would feel confidant with their builder, and Chris lived up to this claim. Impressive workmanship converting a bathtub into a shower that is now fit for a senior with specific needs, while being suitable for future residents. Chris showed attention to detail, helping me figure out the best placement for the support fixtures based on her needs. He was very responsive to my [somewhat pushy!] questions, yet never showed any frustration. They both were a joy to work with.
