William is a rock star. Professional, friendly and meticulous. Wish I could have another walk-in shower installed.

Recently Palmetto Bath came to Hartwell, GA to help Hart County Habitat for Humanity install a new shower system in our latest house build. Hart County Habitat received the material as a gift-in-kind donation from Bath Planet through Habitat for Humanity International. Being a new system, we were not familiar with how it was to be installed. After a few phone calls with Conan of Palmetto Bath they decided to come to Hartwell to install the shower and surround. The technician (Jeff ) arrived on time and with the necessary tools and material to complete the job. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the work he was performing. It was a joy to watch him work as it was obvious he knew what he was doing and cared about the quality and end result. He completed the work on the same day and the end result looks great. Thank you to Palmetto Bath for your support.

Justin was the installer on our walk in shower project. He was very neat and professional . He took care that of our pictures and things on the wall that they didn’t get knocked down. He answered questions and had us make sure the bars were at the right level. I am very pleased and highly recommend.
