Could Not Be Happier
Wanted to wait a month of living with our new tub/shower before posting. Couldn't be happier with the fit and finish of the work done. It looks FANTASTIC. Salesperson who came for the estimate was great. No pressure, stopped the sales presentation when we said, "that'll do." We never sign a contract without a 24 hour rest and she was good with that too. Worked with us to get us what we wanted. Installation tech was simply amazing. I know the bathroom remodeling industry is full of dubious materials and practices but sleep well knowing you went with Palmetto Bath. And having listened to the nightmare stories of neighbors - even their prices are excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Great shower remodel
We recently had our shower remodeled and Chris with Palmetto Bath did an exceptional job! We are so pleased with the results! Chris came out in the timeframe they gave us and finished the project quickly, and he left everything very clean when he finished. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a remodel.

Wonderful Experience
Wonderful. The installer was names Justin Packwood. He was such a professional. He arrived on time, ready to work and he did such a wonderful job. He was very friendly, kind and respectful. Regardless of my many questions, he was very informative and ready to answer my questions. I would recommend this young man for any other bathroom updates I may have, or my friends. This young man even began the job on his birthday. An outstanding employee to have in your compay.
Absolutely Amazing Experience

Excellent Service
Jeff and Justin were punctual and immediately began working. They were professional and provided great customer service. They made sure everything was in place just the way I requested. Shower Install
We just got a new walk- in shower installed by Kelly at Palmetto Bath. We are extremely happy with the results and it looks awesome. Kelly was very polite and kept us informed throughout the process. His quality of work and attention to detail was perfect . Thanks Kelly for a job well done !
Excellent service
Chris was our installer. He arrived on time, set up his workspace outside, covered the floors and the process began. Chris uninstalled our horrible tub, and explained what he was doing as he went throught the process. He answered questions as we posed them. He was intent on doing an excellent job. He worked steadily deconstucting and rebuilding. The result of his work is a stunning new tub. When all was done, he explained how to care for our investment. He tidied up and left our home just as he found it. A wonderful experience from start to finish - and all done in just one day!
master bath remodel
i chose palmetto bath to remodel my master bath. Chris D’augustino was the tech that came. he was very professional. he answered all questions that i had. he protected my floors from the front door all the way to the bathroom. he was in my opinion a very fast and skilled tech. the job took a little less time than expected. job was well done. i want to thank chris and palmetto bath.
